Our Roof Renewal System:
  • Cleaning: All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, dirt and mildew. A high pressure Rota-Spray Nozzle is used to remove all scaling materials.
  • Priming: Prime all metal surfaces with visible rust with Acu-Rust Primer.
  • Detailing: Cap all fasteners with Acu-Caulk. All seams, flashings, and penetrations should e sealed using Acu-Fabric.
  • Top Coating: Apply two or more coats of Acu-Shield to produce a seamless, rubber-like protective membrane.
