A comprehensive inspection of your property is our first goal. Our inspection list consists of these main check points:
  • Water damage leaks - penetrating through walls/windows into interior spaces.
  • Window and expansion caulk joints.
  • Crumbling and/or cracking stucco walls.
  • All exposed metal (inspection for rust).
  • Failure of existing coatings (caulking, peeling, dis-colorization, sheen loss, etc.)
